Location: Denmark, Denmark Salary: €90,000 - €130,000 + Rotational Package

MEP Commercial Manager - Data Centre - Nordics

Our client is a €2bn turnover, multi-disciplined main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects

 

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre division, our client is now seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager for their Nordics team

 

Duties will include:

  • Liaise with the customer, his representatives and other 3rd parties on commercial issues, including the agreement of additional monies.
  • Cost and value management for project, ensuring appropriate systems and procedures are in place
  • Financial reporting for project
  • Change management for project: record change and allocate responsibility.
  • Evaluate/recover any change that is not their risk/liability, including recovery from 3rd parties.
  • Risk and opportunity management for project: management (with operations team) of known and newly identified risks and opportunities for best project return as well as identification and implementation of mitigation measures
  • Manage commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities and develop their knowledge


Requirements 

Membership of a Professional Institution - such as SCSI or RICS

Financial Management & Dispute resolution

Behavioural Based Safety (BBS)

 

Experience within data centres or similar technical builds would be a significant advantage. In return our client can offer
